The greatest change of what's the new curriculum reform bring about, nothing's better than the challenge to professional development to teachers.The examinations on teachers' professional development level,standard,ability and PCK is the the most effective way which reflects academic construction. While "lesson study" which is a project that teacher collaborate with each other and do research in real courses,through links like establish thematic study, prepare lessons together, representative faculty teaching, after-school review ect. With the help of varieties of classroom observations and scales, it can analyses teachers' PCK and produce a certain impact on them, promotes teachers development on professional skills in recent ten years that made people pay more and more attention to it.We adopted document analysis and case study to do this research. Based on clearing up the results of PCK and pertinent literature about course research, We chose chemical teaching and research group in senior high school of Sheyang county as selection, through analyzing and inspecting teachers understanding to original PCK,comparing the development on them before and after classes, exploring the importance of case study on the basis of knowing the influence factors. It revealed that case study is very helpful in developing teachers' internal logic in PCK development and came up with the thoughts and advises to further use in case study to promote the PCK development of teachers'.
