The Microlearning as a kind of informal learning, its characteristic is less knowledge content and learning time is short. Microlearning meets the needs of the learners' learning style, they can to get and share knowledge fastly and conveniently under the new media environment. Creating Microlearning resources for the Visual Culture and Media Literacy course which conforms to the concept of curriculum construction: sharing resources contributes to new resources. For learners of the course,Convenient, quick and small Microlearning resources are easier to adapt to their fast-paced and high-stress learning styles in the modern life and get a brisk, pleasant and satisfying learning experience. Finally, the rapid rise of WeChat for the production of Microlearning resources to provide a good learning platform.After a lot of literature research, found that there are some problems in the current Microlearning resources design process, such as the lack of incentive control measures,emotional communication and so on. After analyzing the concept of content marketing in economics, found that its compliance with the modern theory of motivation and it can effectively stimulate the consumer's motivation. After being inspired by content marketing, this study explored three dimensions of content marketing, including dialogue, storytelling and customer interaction. The theory of psychology, experiential design theory and activity theory support this study and guide the development of curriculum Microlearning resources effectively. After this, according to the characteristics of Microlearning and WeChat platform advantages and combined with instructional design theory, proposed five elements of Microlearning resource development, including pre-analysis, content design, event design, media design and overall presentation. Then, began to develop production learning resources and produced 39 learning resources eventually. At last, build a learning platform in the WeChat and start using and evaluating learning resources.Through this research and practice, explored a development and design route for learning resource that can simultaneously promote learners' cognition, emotion and skill. From the use of results, the Microlearning resources of Visual Culture and Media Literacy course have achieved some results in learner satisfaction, learning outcomes and communication effects. Which proves the application value of content marketing strategy in the development of Microlearning resources.
