Research On The Operation Mechanism Of Taiyuan Xiaodian Community Sports Self-Organization Community Under The Background Of Sports Public Service

In the new century,people's living standard has improved.The majority of people had met the food and clothing into a well-off society;they began to pay attention to the problems of physical and mental health.People recognized regularly participating in physical exercise can not only keep good health,but also to relax and relieve the pressure,promote social intercourse,meanwhile,the effect of physical exercise by self is far better than by other drugs or health care products to achieve the effect accord with contemporary people's view of health.At the same time,the function of the government of our country has been turning to the service type government,and enhancing the sports public service.The second National Youth Games is going to hold in Shanxi,Taiyuan is also an opportunity to promote the development of mass sports in Taiyuan.However,the lack of local government institutions in sports venues and facilities construction,funding,professional personnel and other aspects,resulting in the majority of community sports public services in Taiyuan has not been taken seriously.The grass-roots government agencies behoove integrate the surrounding resources,to carry out a variety of sports public services through positive interaction with the sports self-organizations and societal forces,so as to meet the fitness needs of the masses,improve the national health literacy.Based on the new public service theory,through literature method,investigation method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method,with an example from Xiaodian district of Taiyuan,researching on the operation mechanism of the sport self-organizations' participating in the Xiaodian district sports public service.From the following aspects,the proportion of all community public services from community sports public service,specific projects,and distribution of benefit livelihood projects,event organizers,proportion of social forces,etc,and the present situation of community sports public service in Xiaodian District is investigated and analyzed.Sum up the existing problems are as follows: the low proportion of public sports service,the lack of physical fitness activities,service funds serious shortage,the government paid insufficient attention,the social forces participation is not enough.On this basis,in the context of the public sports service,from public policy supply,stadiums,venues and facilities security,service provision,sports rehabilitation services and other aspects,based on the role and function of grass-roots government agencies,analyzing the interactive relationship between the grass-roots government agencies and sports self-organizations.It is concluded that the community is a platform for the interaction between the sports self-organizations and the grass-roots government agencies and societal forces.Then,from the daily sports fitness activities,sportsknowledge teaching,sports fitness guidance,exercise rehabilitation training and other aspects,reaching on sports self-organizations,grass-roots government agencies and societal forces how to interact through this platform.Finally,analyzing on the platform of sports self-organizations' participating in community sports public service from the establishment of the platform,the classified management of sports self-organizations and the introduction of societal forces,to optimize the operation mechanism of sports self-organizations participating in community sports public service.
