Social Organizations Undertake And Participate In The Research On The Operation Of Public Services For Community Sports In Chengdu

With the development of Chengdu,the demand of Chengdu people for their own sports culture has gradually increased.After the reform of my country's system,the employees who lived in the unit were dispersed in the urban communities,and the communities formed the foundation of the city.The community is the smallest unit of urban social life.How to enable residents to better meet their sports needs in the community requires the government to provide corresponding services.At present,local governments have also issued relevant policies to more standardized management of community sports public services.However,there are still many problems in the actual implementation process,such as the poor process of many social organizations in the project implementation process and the project release process.Issues concerning the use of public service funds and regulations on the use of public service funds.This paper uses the literature method to study the theoretical research and development status of community sports public services,research social organization and organizational theories,and then conduct empirical research through field visits,observations,and interviews with many social organizations,companies,and community sports project leaders,Residents,and residents self-organized and conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions with them.Finally,through logical analysis,the phenomenon in practice is combined with the theory,the problems found are analyzed,and some suggestions are put forward.The article through the study of social organizations to undertake community sports public services,so as to achieve the purpose of community governance.By analyzing the relationship between social organizations and various participating subjects in social sports public services,the interaction between them,and the problems of social organizations in the operation process of participating in social sports public services and the entire process of the project,we will analyze the problems in the entire process of the project.Organize better participation in community sports public services,and put forward a few suggestions,that is,we must recognize our own subject status,not mix ourselves with other subjects,and secondly,we must adhere to people-oriented service to the people.
