Research On The Evaluation Of Sports Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Practice In Sichuan Province

"13th Five-Year" Sports Development Planning said that we should propose to combine the national cultural development strategy,inherit and promote the traditional sports of Chinese,protect and develop Sports intangible cultural heritage,and explain the Chinese dream by sports.We will promote the Chinese sports culture to the world in future.There are more than 54 Sports Intangible Cultural Heritage above provincial level in Sichuan Province,including 3 Sports Intangible Cultural Heritage of national level.The inheritance and protection of Sports Intangible Cultural Heritage,not only conducive to the inheritance and promotion of excellent traditional sports,but also help to promoting the development and dissemination of excellent sports culture.The paper the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,field surveys,interviews and other research methods.In this paper,the Sports Intangible Cultural Heritage of Sichuan Province as the object of study.This paper evaluated and analyzed the protection practice of the project,in order to get the detailed practice of the Sports Intangible Cultural Heritage in Sichuan Province,and found out the problems existing in the development of the project.In the end,this paper provided some ideas and suggestions for the sustainable development of Sports Intangible Cultural Heritage in Sichuan Province.The conclusions of the paper are as follows:1.Through the evaluation,in the selected 28 Sports Intangible Cultural Heritage in Sichuan Province,the protection of national projects are far better than the provincial projects;the protection of group project is better than the number of small projects;the projects with obvious physical health or competition,such as martial arts and Dragon Boat Festival are better than the protection of the project focused on the performances,such as dragon dance,lion dance.2.Reasons for different evaluation levels: First,the evaluation of "excellent" projects are because of the complete protection system of protection and development.Secondly,the evaluation of the "good" projects had the problem of insufficient funding for development,fewer inheritors,lacking of business supports and academic research.Third,the evaluation of the "general" projects are mainly with a strong performance of the nature,difficult to participate,lack of funds and business supports,also the the project in remote areas.Finally,the evaluation is "poor" projects are difficult to developing in terms of government support,social concerns and inheritors' supports.These projects are badly in need of of the attention of government and society.3.The measures and suggestions: The most important of all is the protection of government,it should provide a good environment for development.Then the government should strengthen the publicity to create a good atmosphere.We should pay attention to the protection of heritage and improve the quality of the inheritors.Afterwards,more academic research should be conducted to facilitate targeted protection.After that,we should change ideas and strengthen the development ability of the projects themselves.
