Research On Protection Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Of Traditional Wushu In Hebei Province

Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of human cultural heritage.It carries the national spirit of the country and is a symbol of the national cultural soft power.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "we should carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture",and the protection of China's intangible cultural heritage is an important part of carrying forward the traditional Chinese culture,and it is to establish the mind for the country and the soul for the nation.Intangible cultural heritage of traditional martial arts is an important content of intangible cultural heritage.It contains unique cultural value,spiritual value and historical value,which can meet the public's demand for multiculturalism.The protection of the intangible cultural heritage of traditional Wushu not only plays an important role in helping the national fitness project and promoting the development of Chinese sports,but also has important theoretical and practical significance in strengthening cultural self-confidence and revitalizing Chinese traditional culture.Hebei Province is a big province of traditional martial arts.With the promotion of intangible cultural heritage protection,the intangible cultural heritage protection of traditional martial arts in Hebei Province has made remarkable achievements.However,faced with such outstanding problems as the invasion of foreign sports culture,the aging of inheritors,and the lack of cultural consciousness of the public,the traditional Wushu culture gradually deviates from the public life,and its protection work faces great challenges.In fact,many excellent traditional martial arts are facing the danger of extinction,and what we are facing is not only the disappearance of martial arts boxing and routines,but also the loss of national culture and the death of national spirit.Once these disappear,our cultural confidence and cultural revitalization will be impossible to talk about.The protection of intangible cultural heritage is a part of social governance,which requires the active participation of multiple social subjects with a high degree of cultural consciousness.Based on the theory of cultural self-awareness,participatory democracy,and collaborative governance,this paper systematically sorts out the current status and problemsof the protection of traditional martial arts intangible cultural heritage in Hebei Province by consulting data and field investigations.At the same time,In order to make the argument more adequate,it focuses on the case analysis of the national intangible cultural heritage "Raoyang Chuojiao",so as to comprehensively summarize the reasons for the problems in the protection of traditional martial arts intangible cultural heritage in Hebei Province from point to face,and then explore the protection countermeasures of the intangible cultural heritage of traditional martial arts in Hebei Province.In the case study,through in-depth interviews,we have a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of the protection of Raoyang Chuojiao.Although we have made some achievements in the past protection work,combined with the interview results of government staff,representative inheritors,general inheritors,exercisers and ordinary people,we found that there are some problems in the protection of Raoyang Chuojiao,such as lack of inheritors,low level of public cognition and participation,practice groups and transmission areas are limited.On the basis of a systematic analysis of the protection status of the intangible cultural heritage of traditional martial arts in Hebei Province and a case analysis of the protection status of "Raoyang Chuojiao",it was found that the lack of pertinence of policies and regulations,the difficulties in funding support,the change of cultural and ecological environment,the impact of foreign sports culture,the lack of cultural consciousness in society,traditional ideas constrain innovation and the multiple coordination mechanism has not yet been formed and other reasons have restricted the development of the protection of intangible cultural heritage of traditional martial arts in Hebei Province.Based on the protection experience of SUMO in Japan and the reality of Hebei Province,this article provides countermeasure guidance for the protection of the intangible cultural heritage of traditional martial arts in Hebei Province from six aspects:strengthen the construction of legal guarantee mechanism,broaden diversified capital investment channels,enrichment of inheritance identification and training system,create diversified publicity channels,innovative martial arts development,strengthen professional training.By studying the above,the purpose is to improve the cultural consciousness of the people,promote the conscious participation of multiple social subjects,and form a protective force,so as to realize the sustainable development of the intangible cultural heritageprotection of traditional Wushu in Hebei Province.
