This paper through the investigation and literature research,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the coaching ideas and the strength training concept of the Chinese and American 100 m training coaches from the training of Chinese and American sprinters and athletes as the research content,and provides a high level of excellent sprinters for our country Theoretical basis and reference.The results are as follows:1?In the coaching philosophy,the difference between Chinese and American coaches' training concept mainly lies in the understanding of technical training,mainly as follows: Foreign coaches adhere to the basic training stage that must be technology-driven,and motivated for the complementary training concept;while domestic coaches are based on dynamic training,which ignored the establishment of the correct technology and power growth of the blending conditions,finally limiting the athlete's power efficiency The development of space.2 ?
