Humans into old age, under natural conditions, the human body muscle and strength is increasing gradually with the age of the recession, which is called muscle and strength of age-related decline, the degenerative changes, easily lead to various diseases in the elderly, such as osteoporosis, paralysis and heart diseases and muscle atrophy; the loss of muscle strength, will result in the elderly balance, coordination, flexibility, reduce, or even lead to fracture and fall, life obstacles to action ability is abate, the daily life of a great impact in the elderly. This paper is based on the physiological characteristics of the elderly, a set of elastic belt strength training program design, and through the experiment on 3150-60 years of age in the elderly, for 12 weeks with elastic strength training, change and related indicators of body composition and muscle strength before and after the experiment subjects, analysis of the effect of 12 week stretch with strength training program of action for 50-60 years in the elderly related indicators of body composition and muscle strength.The results of the study:1) The exercise load for 50-60 years of age in the elderly for strength training, which is the design of the elastic belt strength training program can be implemented.2) After the experimental group and control group of physical activity level SPSS analysis shows that the P value is 0.189>0.005, that between experimental group and control group daily activity level (including the volume and intensity) in significant differences before and after the experiment.3) Respectively in the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment data were paired samples T test, SPSS results showed that the experimental group before and after experiment, waist circumference P=0.006<0.05, before and after the experiment the weight of the P=0.001<0.05, this scheme can reduce the body weight in the elderly; BMI P=0.000<0.05 before and after the experiment, the results show that the proposed scheme can greatly decrease in the elderly BMI value before and after the experiment; fat% P=0.009<0.05, shows that elastic belt strength training program can reduce the body weight, BMI, waist circumference, body fat percentage of aged 50-60 in the elderly (fat%).4) Respectively in the experimental group of male and female groups and statistical analysis, the data was obtained:before and after the experiment, male and female in the experimental group the body weight between BMI group and the P values were 0.027,0.022, were less than 0.05, which has significant difference in body weight and BMI of male and female experimental group the;5) The experimental group after the experiment the muscle strength of the paired sample T test P values less than 0.005 were obtained, namely the design of elastic belt strength training program can improve greatly the 50-60 year olds in muscle strength.
