Study On The Effectiveness Of The Rotation Of Key Teachers In Urban Inter-school Schools

With the development of the times,the education fair has been the goal of the educational development in the world.However,it is influenced by various factors,such as regional,cultural,political and economic conditions,there are great differences between the teachers and the construction of infrastructure in different regions of China and even different schools in the same region,in order to promote the balanced development of education resources in our country,the middle school teachers’ rotation system promotion is imperative.But in the actual implementation process of the exchange of rotation policy,during the period of rotation of the management of middle school teachers have carried out many problems restricting the activities of rotation between teachers in china.The method of combining literature research method,questionnaire survey and interviews were analyzed through the management of middle school teachers in Mudanjiang city problems,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions to solve these problems,for the realization of China’s compulsory education teacher balanced development,promoting teachers’ professional flow to improve the overall quality of teachers.
