In the new era of healthy China,volleyball is becoming more and more popular.With the progress of society and the development of sports,volleyball is attracting more and more people.It is positively affecting people's life,and its fitness and entertainment are also loved by more and more people.The goal of training students majoring in Physical Education in Chuzhou College is to train primary and secondary school physical education teachers.Volleyball is an important teaching content that every student must master.Through volleyball teaching,students can master basic volleyball skills and methods,develop good learning habits,and cultivate students' sports awareness and team spirit.Many years of teaching experience shows that students majoring in Physical Education in Chuzhou University are afraid of difficulties because of the rigidity of the hard volleyball ball,the fast running speed and the easy contusion of fingers in the process of learning the frontal upper hand passing technique of the hard volleyball.There is a start in mastering the frontal two-handed passing technique.Errors such as incorrect type,high or low hitting point,inconsistent hitting force,etc.As a new volleyball sport,balloon volleyball is loved by the public.As far as the sphere is concerned,balloon volleyball is lighter than hard volleyball in weight,soft sphere and slower running speed.It is not easy to bruise fingers when completing frontal two-handed passing technical movements.Students are interested in passing balloon volleyball,willing to play more times,and easy to grasp the technical essentials correctly.Because the teaching process of hard volleyball and balloon volleyball pass,the general law of skill formation,the standard of technical action,the requirements ofreferee rules are basically the same.Therefore,it is a subject worthy of in-depth study whether we can use the teaching process of frontal overhand passing technique of balloon volleyball to introduce the teaching process of frontal overhand passing technique of hard volleyball so as to improve the teaching effect of frontal overhand passing technique of hard volleyball and the standardization of students' technical action of frontal overhand passing technique of hard volleyball.This paper takes the teaching effect of balloon volleyball and hard front handed passing as the research object.This paper reveals the difference of the teaching effect of the frontal two-handed passing technique between balloon volleyball and hard volleyball by experiment,explores the application characteristics of the frontal upper hand passing technique for beginners of balloon volleyball and the frontal upper hand passing technique for beginners of hard volleyball;compares and analyses the beginners of balloon volleyball and hard volleyball.The merits and demerits of the technical specifications of frontal overhand passing in hard volleyball.This paper provides an objective theoretical basis for introducing the teaching of frontal overhand passing of balloon volleyball into the teaching process of frontal overhand passing of hard volleyball.This paper provides a feasible way and method to improve the standardization of frontal overhand passing technique and the effect of passing in hard volleyball.Through comprehensive and in-depth research,the conclusions are concretely summarized as follows:1.By comparing the results of the front-hand passing teaching in the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment,the experimental class students' skill of the front-hand passing of balloon volleyball and the control class students' skill of the front-hand passing of hard volleyball have been significantly improved after the experiment.Among them,the experimental classstudents' skill of the front-hand passing of balloon volleyball has been remarkably improved.The result is obviously higher than that of the students in the control class.In beginners,the teaching of balloon volleyball avoids students' strangeness and inevitable limb pain,makes students pay more attention,and is of great help to the mastery and improvement of technology.2.Through the comparative analysis of the teaching effect of the experimental class and the control class after the experiment,we can see that after the experiment,the students in the experimental class have higher evaluation of the hard volleyball front-hand passing skill than the students in the control class;the students in the experimental class have higher evaluation of the hard volleyball front-hand passing skill before and after the experiment.Significant improvement and remarkable improvement of technical evaluation.Therefore,it is feasible to teach hard volleyball after balloon volleyball in the teaching of hard volleyball technique,which can improve the standardization of the forward two-handed passing technique.3.Questionnaire data of students' awareness of the teaching of positive two-handed passing in balloon volleyball and hard volleyball show that the teaching of positive two-handed passing in balloon volleyball has a positive effect on improving students' learning interest,learning willingness and reducing fear.It shows that the teaching difficulty of the forward two-handed balloon passing technique is relatively low,and the students' learning willingness and interest are relatively high.It can be used as a transitional teaching of the hard volleyball passing technique.
