The physical health of young people related to the future of the country,especially the sports behavior has the very strong plasticity of junior middle school students,good habits to develop at this stage,can bring to the adult stage,a lifetime,so at this stage in order to help junior high school students to develop good sports habits,to fully understand the status and influence factors of junior middle school sports students,especially the characteristics and rules of sports behavior of junior high school students,junior high school students has become an urgent need to change the physical behavior,we should carry on the intervention,in order to achieve the effect of good sports behavior,and good cognition of physical education is to develop good sports habit,under normal circumstances,sports cognition and sports to maintain a high degree of correlation,that is what kind of sports cognition will show the corresponding physical behavior of what.In order to change the physical behavior of junior high school students,we start from the sports cognition,Festinger in the "cognitive dissonance theory" in an article pointed out that because the people made a living habits and its opposite or not consistent thing and uncomfortable situation.In order to alleviate the uncomfortable situation,they can change their cognition or change their behavior,to achieve psychological balance,in classroom learning,cognitive dissonance is a necessary condition for students to learn new knowledge.The school has an unshirkable responsibility for the cultivation of students' good sports behavior,and the physical education has become an important means to change the junior high school students' Sports Cognition and sports behavior.Whether we can in the physical education through the intervention of cognitive dissonance theory,the impact on the junior high school students,and then change the physical behavior of junior high school students.This has a very important positive impact on the formation of good habits of junior high school students.This study uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,logical analysis method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,the "sports behavior in Wuwei city high school students and its influencing factors questionnaire" as the toolto Ji'nan Catholic schools randomly selected from two grade class 96 students as the research object.Divided into experimental class and control class,the experimental class of cognitive dissonance intervention,the control group of normal sports teaching,the 16 class were re tested,obtained data research.Through the analysis of the experimental treatment,the conclusion is drawn:Before and after the experiment,the sports cognition showed a positive tendency to reverse.Sports attitude,sports needs,sports values have improved,and a large rotation.It shows that cognitive dissonance theory has a positive effect on junior middle school students' Sports cognition.Before and after the experiment,the physical behavior of the experimental group appeared to change to the positive direction,and the dominant physical behavior and the implicit physical behavior were improved,and the range of improvement was large.It shows that the use of cognitive dissonance theory has a positive effect on junior high school students' Sports behavior.There is no difference between male and female students in the application of cognitive dissonance theory.
