Currently, due to the factors of influence of social, schools, teachers or students themselves, the attitude of P.E. of some college students showed negative or lack of enthusiasm, however, university stage is an important stage lay the lifelong physical activity awareness. Therefore, how to cultivate college students'P.E. attitude to be correctly and positively, and then to improve the teaching quality of P.E. teachers and enthusiasm and initiative of college students to participate in the P.E., become a problem which physical educator need to resolve.Intervention based on cognitive dissonance in abroad has set up a file in many fields, which are used to promote and change unfavourable related attitude, and gain different degrees of the remarkable effect. So, with the aid of cognitive dissonance theory and reference to the intervention of the successful implementation of the overseas has case, and against part of university physical education not a positive attitude to the problem and to design and implement based on cognitive dissonance theory related intervention, both theoretical feasibility, also has practical significance.Give priority to experiment method, and combined with the methods of documentary, questionnaire investigation, logical analysis and mathematical statistics method, so as to cognitive dissonance theory as the theoretical basis, which the ordinary university students PE elective courses in the students to be the objects, the experimental group and control group is divided into, the physical education before and after the experiment number composition, physical education attitude attitude and relevant dimensions for statistical data analysis and discussion, aims to verify cognitive dissonance theory in promoting college students' physical education to positive attitude change direction and whether it has the feasibility of application and actual effect.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1) before and after experiment in physical form on the number of attitude, appeared in a positive direction to improve phenomenon, and the ascension to a larger extent, that the use of the theory of based on cognitive dissonance intervention measures for physical education in promoting college students' attitude towards the direction of positive change has positive effect;(2) the before and after the experiment in physical form on the number of attitude, appeared in a positive direction to improve phenomenon, and the ascension to a larger extent, also showed the social network for information published by the platform, and planning and implementation based on cognitive dissonance theory intervention measures is effective and feasible;(3) the before and after the experiment in physical attitude and relevant dimensions in contrast, appear very significant differences, and to move in the direction of positive, proved based on cognitive dissonance theory using the intervention to promote the university students' physical education to change the direction of the positive attitude, has the positive role;(4) through the covariance analysis found that college students in grade, professional, gender, age of the different, not based on cognitive disorders of the interference of the significant results.
