Research On The Development And Promotion Of Children's Dance In Jinan City

With the development of society,the traditional examination-oriented education has been unable to fully meet the needs of China's social development.Quality education has become the theme of the present era,it conveys a new era of educational philosophy.As the critical period of rapid growth in life,early childhood occupies an important role in the development of person's entire life.Dance is a kind of art which uses body movement combined with music to express people's ideas and emotions.A positive effect will be posted on children's physical and psychological development through the learning of dance.This paper uses investigation method,literature research method,comparative analysis method and mathematical statistics method,treating the kindergarten and the dance training institution in Jinan city area(Lixia district,Shizhong district,Huaiyin district,Tianqiao district,Licheng district and high-tech zone area)as scope of study,the current status of children's dancing as object of studying,to analyze the factors that influence the development of children's dancing by teachers,parents and children themselves and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and promotion plans.This paper has great significance on promoting the high penetration rate and high quality of children's dance education,improving the comprehensive quality of students,and promoting the level of children's dance education in Jinan and Shandong province.The study found that the factors that affecting the development of children's dance in Jinan city are as follows.First,the public kindergarten almost no dance classes.Second,the overall quality of teachers.Including the proportion of part-time teachers is too large,teachers and professional qualifications and other issues.Third,the teacher teaching content is not uniform,arbitrary serious.Fourth,the social dance environment utilitarian.Fifth,the venue facilities are not perfect.For the influencing factors,combining with the actual situation in Jinan City,this paper developed the following promotion suggestions: First,increase the intensity of government financial investment,you can part of the public kindergarten as a pilot to open dance courses,by the point and surface to promote.Second,to enhance theoverall quality of teachers,before the need to undergo a rigorous study;combined with the characteristics of children's physical and mental development of children's dance unified teaching materials.Third,standard textbooks,to develop a unified teaching content.To combine the physiological characteristics of children of different ages,combined with different dance characteristics.Fourth,strengthen supervision and improve children's dance social environment.Fifth,improve the class venues,facilities,to protect the basic environment of children.
