Education is a creative activity,the teacher emotion in teaching activities also plays an increasingly important role.Researching on the currency of teacher emotion has a direct impact on improving the quality of teacher education and teaching,therefore,it is of great significance to understand the present situation of teacher emotion in class,find out the teachers emotional management and dilemma in regular classroom to provide suggestions for teachers to improve themselves and positively promote the students' progresses.Based on the background above,this study starts from the current situation of teacher emotion in classroom to collect teachers' emotional expressions and classified;find out teachers' emotional expression rules;On the basis of teachers' self emotion cognition,finds out the plight of teachers' emotion in the classroom,and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of teacher emotion.First of all,teachers' emotional expression can be divided into two major categories: positive teacher emotion mainly expresses through the teacher's facial expressions and encouragement words;negative teacher emotion mainly expresses through the teacher's loud voice and harmonious body posture.In the expression of teacher emotion,positive emotions are more frequent in the classroom and negative emotions is relatively rare.Secondly,for the expression of teacher emotion in class through interviews with teachers,negative performance of teacher emotion is less than positive of that,but it is widespread.Direct expression way is generally adopted by teacher for expressing positive emotion while indirect and implicit expression was more used to express negative emotions.Also,behind the expression of negative teacher emotion related to a large number of teacher emotional management and emotional labor,and the inability to manage negative teacher emotion is the source of emotional dilemma of the mostteachers.In addition,teacher emotion is also trapped in the educational environment,students,parents and other external pressure.Finally,based on the analysis and improvement of teachers' emotional health,,it puts forward some suggestions to improve the teachers' emotional status in class for teachers' emotional management.On one hand,training the ability of teacher emotion which starts from teachers themselves to improve teachers' ability of emotion management;on the other hand,it should provide a favorable environment for the development of teacher emotion,providing teachers with emotional learning management opportunities.
