Emotional Management Strategies For The Class Teacher Of Elementary School

People's emotions are constantly changing.It is of great significance to manage personal emotions effectively.Primary school students are in the critical period of physical and mental development in life,and primary school head teachers play an important role in promoting the physical and mental health of primary school students due to the characteristics of their work positions.Based on the questionnaire and interview outline compiled by myself,this paper conducts a field survey on the status quo of class emotional management of 562 head teachers in 39 primary schools in H city.However,by statistical analysis of the collected data,we have grasped the real situation of class emotional management of primary school head teachers in H city.On this basis,the paper summarizes and summarizes the problems and causes of the emotional management of the class of head teachers in primary schools in H city.Finally,according to the problems and reasons found,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the class emotional management of primary school head teachers.
