Research On The Characteristics Of Population Migration And Its Influencing Factors In Guizhou Province

Population migration has been an important research field in the fields of demography,sociology,geography and so on.The prediction of the trend of population migration is mainly to predict the migration pattern in the future.Based on the fifth and sixth census of Guizhou Province,this paper explores the basic situation of the population migration in Guizhou using different methods,such as methods for determining the size of population migration,factors affecting the population migration,and trend prediction methods for population migration.According to the research,the proportion of working age population in Guizhou Province maintained a growth trend over the years,while the number of working age population fell for the first time in the first ten years of twenty-first Century.Because of the lack of the age structure of the population in the sixth census data of Guizhou Province,the long table data from the fifth census data were selected for analysis.The overall cultural level of the migration population has reached the level of secondary education.The population migration in Guizhou is mainly based on the social type,and the second is the economic type.The proportion of workers in business has also been high,which indicates that with the continuous development of the economy,migrant workers has had an increase trend in Guizhou.In economic migration,it is more male than female.In social mobility,more women than men.The resident population of Guizhou province showed a slow rising trend,according to the intermediate scheme.Compared to the former census,the growth in population of Guizhou province is relatively fast before the third census.The number of migrating population showed a steady growth trend and the number of rural migrants is higher than that of cities during 2011 and 2020.But as time goes on,the gap will be gradually reduced.There was no significant difference in the factors of sex.Men have not appeared to be significantly higher than women's migration tendency according to data.
