Development and innovative teaching methods of information technology in sports teaching model put forward new demands,flipped classroom emergence of sports Reform of Education also has a certain role,this study aims to conduct flipped classroom teaching mode through physical education,to explore the teaching mode impact on students' attitudes towards sports and physical health.Objective:To implement flipped classroom teaching high school students,students observe and compare sports interests,attitudes and changes of physical.Methods:High School of Henan Huixian a high 17 classes,18 high school classes,after a semester of 16 weeks before and after the flipped classroom teaching and conventional teaching,observation experiment physical fitness of students,learning and sports interests and attitudes,and to explore effects on the flipped classroom teaching in high school sports.Control classes using conventional teaching mode,experimental class using the flipped classroom teaching model,Results:target score of attitude from 46.77 before the experiment increased to 50.18,after the T test showed P = 0.019<0.05,therefore,the attitude of the target after a flipped classroom teaching mode after significantly improved,the same cognitive behavioral test scores have increased to 27.57 before 29.57 after the experiment,after T test P = 0.014<0.05,so the flipped classroom teaching mode for the cognitive behavior have improved significantly.After flipped classroom teaching goals scored attitude has changed,the control class score of 46.24,while the control class score of 50.18,after the T test showed that the two groups had significant difference in performance index(P = 0.005),also has a corresponding cognitive behavioral score changes after experimental class test score of 29.57,significantly higher than the control class 27.52(P = 0.026),visible flipped classroom teaching mode than conventional teaching has improved significantly in the target cognitive attitudes and behavior.The degree of control class Aversion no comparison with the previous experiments significant differences,and after the experiment and compare the experimental class are quite different,experimental class aversion learning degree score of 18.00,while the control class score of 20.12,after a test found P T = 0.029,show the extent of experimental classes aversion learning experiment significantly reduced.Conclusion:a semester flipped classroom teaching mode can improve students 'target attitude and behavior awareness and reduced aversion to physical education,improve the interest in physical education.Recommendation:flipped classroom teaching mode in "flipping" of carefully selected teaching content for students learning content,and increasing portion of health knowledge,added to improve students'physical quality of teaching content.
