| The rapid development of contemporary economy and information technology promotes the continuous progress of China’s education.In recent years,the flipped classroom is one of the important embodiment of the integration of education development and information technology.Flipped classroom teaching form has been introduced into China from the United States and attracted the attention of experts and scholars.There is a new form of classroom teaching,there is a new classroom management.Educators should jump out of the traditional ideas and methods to carry out the research and exploration of flipped classroom management.On the basis of consulting a large number of literature,combined with the teaching case of "no suspension of classes" in the spring semester of 2020,taking classroom management as the starting point,this paper makes a questionnaire survey and interview survey on the current situation of flipped classroom management in junior high school a from the aspects of classroom environment management,classroom discipline management and classroom teaching interaction management.According to the survey results,the factors affecting flipped classroom management include poor classroom environment,lack of effective control of classroom discipline,lack of classroom teaching interaction,etc.On the basis of boosting theory,decisive discipline theory and teaching interaction level tower theory,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,such as "mobilizing the cooperation of parents,creating a suitable learning environment,changing the concept of rules,targeting,promoting the interaction between students and resources,improving the self-efficacy of online learning",In order to provide different ideas and methods for the research of flipped classroom management,and provide reference for the overall layout of educational management workers.The first part of this paper is the introduction,which describes the research purpose,significance,research methods and research results at home and abroad;the second part describes the concepts and theoretical basis of flipped classroom,classroom management and flipped classroom management,which constitutes theframework of questionnaire survey and interview survey;the third part is the survey and analysis of the current situation of flipped classroom management in junior high school,and In the fourth part,according to the survey results,the author analyzes the causes of the current situation of flipped classroom management;in the fifth part,according to the actual situation,the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems of flipped classroom management;in the sixth part,the author summarizes and prospects the research of flipped classroom management,expecting the education of our country to flourish Development. |
