At present,highly educated and low educated kindergarten teachers coexist situation will continue for a long time in Jiangsu province.This study uses quantitative research methods, supplemented by interviews, to explore the highly educated and low educated kindergarten teachers" current situation of occupational adaptation.It is found that there is a significant difference between the highly educated and low educated kindergarten teachers' current situation of occupational adaptation. and hig,hly educated kindergarten teachers' occupational adaptation is not as good as that of low educated kindergarten teachers. The two sides have some similarities and differences, reflected in the following areas:professional development:the efficiency of highly educated kindergarten teachers' creation and utilization of the environment is not as good as that of low education kindergarten teachers; highly educated kindergarten teachers' idea have conflicts with practice in a day of life and conservation organization;highly educated kindergarten teachers' teaching design is not as smoothly as low educated kindergarten teachers',but they both have difficulties in teaching practice; low educated kindergarten teachers' enthusiasm for teaching and researching activities is not as high as that of low educated kindergarten teachers.Interpersonal performance:highly educated and low educated kindergarten teachers are get well along with children,but are not well with colleagues (including the master), and leaders, and children's parents.Position environment: power of kindergarten's work is affordable to highly educated teachers and low educated teacher;highly educated kindergarten teachers need more discourse;highly educated and low educated kindergarten teachers are dissatisfied with the job training.Psychological adjustment: low educated kindergarten teachers' professional identity is inferior to highly educated kindergarten teachers';highly educated kindergarten teachers are lack of professional sense of accomplishment; highly educated kindergarten teachers have more professional pressure;highly educated kindergarten teachers have more difficulties in converting the role from from students to teachers .Secondly, according to the results of the data analysis,it found that the impact of highly educated and low educated kindergarten teachers are similar factors: entry time.garden level, professional background, the atmosphere of kindergarten, marital events and payment. Although these factors have an impact on highly educated and low educated kindergarten teachers, the impact and impact level are not exactly the same.Finally, based on the findings of this study, the researcher put forward suggestions to promote the occupational adaptation of highly educated and low educated teachers from three aspects: teachers, colleges and kindergartens.It does not mean that the author confused about the occupational adaptation of highly educated and low educated teachers, just in respect of the common ground of the two groups, proposing targeted recommendations.Highly educated and low educated kindergarten teachers ought to have a clear self-judgment and career orientation. and then move forward to the goals:recognize their own strengths and weaknesses, and learn from others' strong points and close the gap;treat the external pressure correctly.and learn to self-relief and encourage self; draw up a plan.and match life and career these two factors with no conflict. Colleges and universities should pay attention to practice in curriculum setting, and improve students 'practical ability while studying in theory; strengthen teachers' theory cultivation, and improve students' ability of reflection and educational research ability.Kindergarten ought to listen to the demands of teachers,and then organize lively and interesting entry training; maximize teachers' individual skills,so that enhance highly educated and low educated kindergarten teachers'self-confidence; kindergarten ought to create a co-learning and relaxed atmosphere,and grow up together with novice teachers;appropriate to reduce the burden of novice teachers, and let they have more time to learn; care for teachers' spiritual world, and enhance the professional happiness of teachers; improve the wages of kindergarten teachers, especially low educated teachers.
