As a stand of the relationship philosophy and existentialism theology, Martin Buber concerns about the existence of human being which is important to all of us. In the view of people-oriented education , "I-you" relationship philosophy which Martin Buber put forward not only had a great impact on the establishment of the education system in the human relations but also inspired people to improve their life and spirit.From the perspective of nursery education, the focus of this article is to have a detailed analysis of Martin Buber "I-you" relationship philosophy. And meanwhile,with the philosophy reflection on education practice, this article tries to explore the significance of nursery education.The introduction of the article, with the combination of the theory and the real life, I think that the "I-you" relationship, based on the previous studies,is a good point of both the theoretical and practical significance of my study. The article is divided into four main parts:In the first part, the article described Martin Buber's life story and the origin of"I-you" relationship philosophy.In the second part, exploring the relationship of "ontology of relation" proposed by Martin Buber, uncover the character of "I-you" relationship.In the third part, with the philosophy reflection on nursery education practice, the article wants to analyzing the reasons why people disregard relation quality,describing the character of "I- it" relationship and reflecting the existence of "I-it"relationship in education practice in the main content.In the fourth part, the article tries to combine Martin Buber's "I-you"relationship and nursery education practice, then based on the confidential relation established in the class, to make children's life more meaningful , and help them to make full development.
