Globalization is the trend of social development, which shows in economics, politics and culture .As a result, the single values was impact. In the face of multiple choices, people feel absent and lost the core-value guide .In addition, the moral education has some disadvantages in China. For example, the idealization of moral education target, the excessively abroadness of moral education content and the simple infusion of moral education methods lead to the low effect of school moral education and low level of students morality. Buber`s character education is he education which focus on the whole students, its final target is to cultivate the character of the students. That is the positive response to the imperfect of the structure of moral education. so studying the thought of Buber`s character education is helpful to cultivate the student and improve the effect of school moral education. In this paper, the literature method, historical method, theoretical analysis have been used to study and analyze the thought of Buer`s character education. And the thought of Buber`s character education was outlined to the target ,content ,methods and implementation process of character education. At last, a number of points were concluded to work on improving our moral education. This paper is divided into six parts.Part 1. Introduction. this section describes the reason why to choose this topic and the significance of this study. At the same time, combs the existence literature , lists the research methods used in this article and makes a core concept of the definition and description.Part 2 , Focus on the life of Buber and his masterpiece .Describes the social background of the thought of Buber and the theoretical background.Part 3, Describes the main idea of the existence of Marxist philosophy and Buber`s"I and you"dialogue philosophy ,analysis their appliance in education field, that provides a theoretical basis for Buber`s character education.Part 4.Describes the purpose of the character education, the content of sincerity ,choice and responsibility, the method of dialogue, and the construction of'I and you'teacher-students relationship from four aspects of the target, content, methods and character implementation.Part 5. Concludes several enlightenments to improve the school work of moral education by analyzing the thought of Buber conjunction with his dialogue philosophy. Such as pay attention to the individual and the personal life,as well as build"I and you"teacher-student relationship in the contact process.
