Study On Social Work Intervention Of Empty Nesters In Rural Areas

With the rapid development of urbanization, the shortage of labor force in urban development, the decline of rural economic and social vitality, more and more rural young and middle-aged workers choose to migrant workers, hoping to seek more economic income in economically prosperous cities. This kind of large-scale rural labor force demographic change activities can't neglect the influence of the existing rural family structure and family function. The empty nest elderly group develops into the normal state of modern rural society, and they have significant social adaptation in later life problem. On the basis of the research results of the existing rural empty nests,this paper takes the empty nest elderly in H village of southern Anhui as the research object. First of all, the author will go deep into the field to understand the present situation of social adaptation of empty nest, which is summarized as life, family,psychology and behavior of four aspects of adaptation. Secondly, from the diversified changes of the empty nest period in the aged, the development of the local society, the lack of social support for the empty nests and the realistic situation of the empty nest elderly groups, the author analyzes the diversification causes of social adaptation problems. Finally, the author combined with the comprehensive effect of the professional and practical projects, and give full play to the advantages of professional and multi-role of social work, emphasizing the comprehensive improvement of individual subjective psychology and external objective environment of rural empty nest elderly, using professional methods of social case work, group work, community work to comprehensively intervene the social adaptation problem of the empty nest elderly in H village, and put forward the action plan of the rural empty nesters' social work professional service, and realize the individual behavior and social environment of the rural empty nesters harmonious relationship and balance state, and enhance the overall sense of access to rural empty nest elderly groups, and promote the development of social work localization.
