Language,as an important part of human culture,is a communication tool of great significance. The unity of instrumentality and humanism is the basic characteristic of Chinese curriculum. With the deepening of the reform of Chinese teaching and the full implementation of "Chinese curriculum standard", teachers are attaching more importance to the students' status as the main body and their autonomous learning.However, in terms of task designing and implementation of reading teaching, many teachers have not yet set up the correct ideas, lacking enough understanding of it as a whole. Homework, as an important part of teaching, which are meant to accomplish all the tasks and activities, helps consolidate and extend what has been taught in class,and develop students' ability to study independently and improve an effective form of students' thinking ability, and has a unique effect in forming some good qualities.Under the background of new curriculum reform, homework should be an overall presentation of students' knowledge, ability and method, emotion, attitude and values.But in the real teaching process, the mechanical repetition of memorization practice and the way of simple random evaluation still exist, in which too much attention has been paid to the instrumentality of Chinese, and the important role of homework is underestimated, ignoring the dominant position of students in the task. This essay,backend by the advanced education ideas and teaching experience, has entered the new curriculum theory, constructivism theory, multiple intelligence theory and the theory of the zone of proximal development as well as the reflective teaching strategies into the designing and implementation of Chinese reading tasks. Based on the investigation of career designing and the level of implementation, this essay deals with the common problems of task designing .and implementation of high school Chinese reading teaching, making reflections on the causes of these problems, and connecting with the excellent case of designing and and thinking, thus putting forward the measures for improvement. These measures, based on careful consideration of high school students' physical and psychological development and their features of cognition, attach more importance to students' formation of knowledge, ability and mind development, thus achieving students' literacy goals. This essay completely combines theory and practice from the aspects of homework assignments, task evaluation, task feedback as well as task re-comment, making the process of task planning and implementation operational and recyclable as a whole, and making the task designing and implementation of reading teaching comprehensive and concrete.
