At present, all over the country are promoting collectivization of running a school, to expand the high quality of education resources, promote the educational equity. In this era background, the construction of teachers' collaborative ability has become one of the forms of achieving balanced and high-quality educational resources. Through the promotion of teachers' collaborative ability in the grouped school, it strengthens the professional dialogue,communication,coordination and mutual assistance among teachers, and forms complementary advantages and common development, so as to enhance the professional quality of teachers,and then form a "teachers' collaboration and students' overall development". It is helpful to promote the balanced development of compulsory education.In the perspective of learning organization theory and game theory, this study is exploring the theory root of teachers' collaboration. I mainly used three research methods to obtain information, such as questionnaire survey, interview, comparison method. At the same time, i used the method of field research, and taken part of the teacher group of Z Education Group as research object,and conducted a questionnaire survey, based on my interview with the headmaster and some teachers. For survey data, this paper used SPSS 17.0 to carry out descriptive statistics and correlation analysis, then analysis the main problems of teacher collaborative ability construction ,and cause analysis in Z Education Group.This study draws the following conclusions: Firstly, there are contradictions and conflicts in the concept of teacher collaboration, teachers generally identify with the importance of collaboration, but the willingness to collaboration is weak and the motivation is not strong . The main reason is the teachers under overload work pressure, and most of teachers didn't set up the correct view of competition. School administrators, although identification, but not a positive attitude in the construction of teachers' ability to collaborative. Secondly, the lack of perfect in the system construction of teachers' collaboration, it is due to that school has not implemented the material support and time support and system guarantee for the collaboration of teachers. the policy guidance does not reach the designated position by the administrative department of education, supervise the implementation mechanism is imperfect.Therefore, based on above analysis of the reasons, this study draws lessons from the reference in existing literature on the enhance of teachers' collaborative ability,and combined with the development characteristics of Z Education Group. This paper starts from the three aspect of the ascension of teachers' own quality, the support of school leaders and the improvement of the system,i tried to propose the feasible countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of teachers'collaborative ability,so as to improve the overall quality of teachers of Z Education Group, provide a reference for the practice of the construction of teachers' collaborative ability.
