All along, to school education's concern, we mostly have emphasized students to become qualified personnel who adapt to social development and have the spirit of unity and cooperation. So we put forward a group teaching, cooperative learning. These ways and means are conducive to enhancing the awareness of students in co-operation and exercise cooperation capacity of students. But regarding the teachers who have the important example function to the student, we rarely make a request. And the construction of teacher cooperation culture has important value and significance for the professional development of teachers, the student team spirit's raise and even the new curriculum reforms successfully carried out。Only through mutual communication and exchange of good faith to create harmonious relations between colleagues, teachers can implement the education behavior well in the complex real education situation day by day, continuing to upgrade its own professionalism and teaching ability; only teachers who have the spirit of cooperation can provide students with a model through practice for the image of cooperation, so that the purpose which cultivate students'spirit of cooperation with an imperceptible influence on students can be realized; it is only through co-operation between teachers, the new curriculum reform can only be effectively implemented in practice aspect, this is the new curriculum reform'inevitable requirement for teachers. Thus it can be seen, the teacher cooperates the cultural construction to have the comprehensive significance, has the widespread realistic need.I know from this point of view that to building teachers'collaborative cultural in this subject has great theoretical value and practical significance. In the real school situations the importance of concern for teachers'collaborative cultural and its building process are far from satisfactory, there are many questions and resistance. Therefore, this thesis selects the topic"the resistance of teacher collaborative cultural conduction and countermeasures research. On the basis of comprehensive research at home and abroad ,the writer carries out the theoretical basis and practical foundation of the teacher cooperation culture'construction, gives a comprehensive summary of building a culture of cooperation of teachers significance to teachers ,so that teachers can clearly know the importance and necessity of culture. And through interviews with the questionnaire has insight into the reality of the cultural construction, analyze the resistance of building teacher co-operation cultural, provide constructive resistance, feasibility of recommendations and measures for eventually building a culture of cooperation for teachers. Through comprehensive and basic analysis of build a culture of teachers, its importance and necessity can be fully exposed. I hope this can inspire front-line educators and arouse their sympathy to promote the effective construction of teachers'collaborative culture in the real environment of school education.
