PCK is the teachers' personal unique experience in teaching , the teacher unique subject content and pedagogy in the field of special integration , is a specific form of teachers' understanding of their professional. Shulman's point of view the PCK role teacher most useful knowledge , able to distinguish between expert teachers and disciplines , and so on , is the most effective , demonstration and explanation are expounded. This study adopts the method of qualitative research , the selection of nanjing three political discipline of the middle school new teacher teacher (C , H , Z teacher) as the research object, around their PCK for tracking interview of qualitative research and development process , this paper studies before their on-the-job and PCK at the early stage of the teaching situation , trying to explore the causes of these changes is located; By contrast with expert teacher Y teacher again , tries to analyze the current obstacles to their perfect PCK.The paper combed the PCK of generation and evolution history , and interpretation of PCK connotation , scholars both at home and abroad were reviewed from the PCK five level of knowledge (knowledge , teaching knowledge ,students' knowledge , situational knowledge , technical knowledge) to interpret the role of teacher's professional development. Case study part of the thesis first introduces the three cases before on-the-job learning to accept higher education stage , through them to each kind of curriculum, thus it is concluded that the future teachers in the higher education stage of the PCK. Secondly describes political development of PCK new teachers teach in school , how they will PCK five level of knowledge in the classroom teaching. Finally through the in-depth interviews of three teachers , from higher education , school-based training system , the emphasis on teachers' reflection on three aspects factors that influence the new middle school political teachers get PCK reflect their PCK development present situation from the specific events.Paper summarizes the factors , which affect the novice teachers development of PCK and resistance factors of new teachers' PCK development, and on this basis ,from the specific requirement of PCK middle school teachers , strengthen the pre-service teachers' professional learning and practice experience, optimize the school-based training mechanism, and guide teachers' autonomous learning and reflection ,and so on , puts forward related Suggestions to promote the development of new teachers' PCK.
