With the increasing emphasis on the cultivation of students 'creativity in the world, our country is gradually realizing that the size of future national competitiveness depends on the number of creative talents. In the final analysis, it depends on whether education is cultivating students' creativity. In order to make the country and the nation's long-term development, in order to make the students have a foothold in the community, China proposed to build "innovative country", the education sector also reformed the traditional teaching, making it more in line with national strategy. In addition to the theory of attention, scholars are also actively explore the specific methods can be used for practice. PBL, as with the cultivation of creativity, are concerned about the creation of life in the problem situation, and has a similar teaching process, can be used as a model of creativity training. This paper comprehensively studies the characteristics of PBL and the cultivation of creativity,combines the two, designs teaching principles, practices teaching cases, and analyzes the teaching results. Studies have shown that PBL does have a positive effect on the cultivation of students' creativity.This study mainly includes six parts:The first part introduces the background, purpose and significance of the topic,and summarizes the technical route in the research process, and explains the main research methods of classroom observation and conversation.The second part: defines the two keywords "PBL" and "creative training", and expounds the basic characteristics of the two, the domestic and foreign research status and theoretical basis.The third part: analyzes the necessity of cultivating students 'creativity from the three levels of state, education and individual, and links the characteristics of "PBL"and "creative training", and discusses the feasibility of cultivating students' creativity by combining PBL with the cognitive stage of high school students.The fourth part: divides the PBL teaching model into four parts which are teaching material selection, problem design, teaching process and teaching evaluation,and designs the teaching principles for each part with the aim of cultivating creativity.The eight principles of living, practical, open, generative, subjective,interactive, holistic and development are taught to guide teaching practice.The fifth part: with the use of educational practice opportunities, select People's Education Edition required a "midday sun height" section, under the guidance of the principles of teaching, the PBL applied to high school geography teaching, and the use of classroom observation and conversation method of teaching Analysis, found that PBL training student creativity is indeed feasible, but not very perfect, worthy of teachers to understand and attention. Secondary school teachers can try more in the future of teaching activities to make it more mature and effective.The sixth part: summarizes the current research, lack of analysis,and the follow-up research prospects.
