| Self efficacy was first proposed by an American psychologist Bandura in 1977,which refers to the individual’s perception or belief in the ability to effectively control their own lives. People accept and integrate the mastery experience, vicarious experience, verbal persuasion, and the physiological and emotional states in the process of activities to form a sense of self-efficacy. Self efficacy also regulates human activities by influencing individual’s cognitive processes, motivational processes, affective processes, and selection processes. Self-efficacy in physics is subjective feeling formed in the process of physics learning, which not only affects the result of the learning process, but also makes a difference to the learning process and learning behavior. This thesis is based on physics teaching in senior high school, combined with high school students’ characteristics, which aims at exploring the contents and methods of self-efficacy of high school students. There are two reasons for doing the research: first, the self efficacy of high school students is closely related to academic achievement;second, the lack of attention on self efficacy in high school students. The contents of the research mainly includes three parts: first, understand the present situation of self-efficacy in high school students in physics; second, study three individual cases as well as the whole class; third, analyze the main factors influencing students’ self-efficacy,exploring the training methods of self efficacy. |
