In "Comments on basic tasks of comprehensively deepening the curriculum reform and strengthen moral education and cultivation",the ministry of educationclearly put forward the core quality system in the development of Chinese students in 2014. Therefore,"core quality"has rapidly become a higher goal and requirements. For physics discipline, to improve the students' core quality is to cultivate students' thinking ability and physics problem solving ability in teaching Physics. Junior middle school physics exercises teaching is an important part of physics teaching,but research shows that focus on knowledge ability, light heavy light practice there are drawbacks in current teaching of junior high school physical exercise,leading to the problem solving ability of students is difficult to improve.The organisation for economic co-operation and development (OECD) plans and implement an international student assessment (PISA), which condenses the international advanced evaluation concept, is one of the world's most influential students learning evaluation program. PISA assesses scientific literacy through a set of systematic and comprehensive evaluation system, examines students'abilitiesto use learnt knowledge,attitude and skills to solve problems in different situation. The concept of evaluation provides significant references to the reform of junior middle school physics exercises teaching. Therefore, this paper, from the perspective of PISA,does a systematic research on the teaching of junior middle school physics exercises,hoping to promote the continuous development of physics curriculum reform and perfection.Through the research on PISA scientific literacy test, this article specify its advancement in scientific literacy assessment, to improve the exam preparation and teaching process of exercises teaching,and eventually to improve students' scientific literacy and ability to solve practical problems. First, this paper, through documentary and case analysis methods, comparethe PISA test with the existingphysical examinations, to draw lessons from the successful experiencein the physical exercises teaching; Second, through questionnaire, interviews and other forms of investigation,the paper research on the current situation of physical exercises teaching,in order to make clear the disadvantages of physical exercises teaching; again, on the basis of the PISA test, the problem solving ability is divided into information extraction, data processing, language expression, scientific inquiry and knowledge,divergent thinking transfer these six capabilities, and the ability to penetrate the exercises teaching, practice and research in teaching; finally, selection and adaptation from the aspects of teaching exercises improve exercises teaching strategies.
