Mind map is a graphical tool for thinking, it integrated use of graphics, color,lines and so on the brain's thinking image directly expressed. Thinking guide map to use skills for both pictures and texts, the various topics with mutual membership and related to the hierarchical graph, set up the theme keywords and image and color memory links, promote our left brain and right brain in collaboration, is the effective combination of image thinking and abstract thinking, improve memory effect,stimulate more inspiration. Based on the above characteristics, the research on how to use the mind map in the teaching of mathematics in junior high school.This paper mainly uses the method of theoretical research and empirical research,how to apply the thinking map strategy in junior high school mathematics classroom,and improve the students' learning interest and achievement. In the theoretical research part, this part discusses the theoretical basis of the application of mind map in teaching and the research status quo at home and abroad. Part is the empirical study were thinking guide map in the junior middle school mathematics curriculum study in class and review after class, such as applied research, and collection of the experimental class and the control class related data, analysis of students' interest in learning, learning methods and learning efficiency and so on.The research results show that: the 1 mind map is in accordance with the cognitive law of junior high school students, and its rich and varied forms of expression can promote students' interest in mathematics learning. 2 mind mapping unique way of thinking can promote the students to understand and use the concept of mathematics, thus improving the academic performance. 3 drawing of mind mapping to fully mobilize the students all kinds of sense and thinking, and promote the comprehensive use of various learning strategies to improve learning efficiency. 4 mind mapping of different grades of the students, the promotion effect is different.Through the practice,the author found that thinking guide figure in the summary of the class, review class and has wide application and can help students develop the habit of taking the thinking map is based on the information processing mode of thinking, and can be used as auxiliary tool for teaching design. But mind map of the production of innovative ability of students and painting skills requirements, the overall time is longer, this is the future of the practice needs to solve the problem.Thinking guide map used in junior high school mathematics teaching can be in a certain extent change status of junior high school students in mathematics learning,cultivate the students' interest in learning, learning algorithm, can also for thinking guide mapping is applied in the field of teaching accumulation of basic materials and preliminary exploratory work.
