A Study On The Influence Of Difficulty Arrangement Of Routine Athletes Of Hunan University On The Level Of Drilling Levels

In order to grasp the difficulty of the arrangement of Wushu Routine Athletes in Hunan Province,as well as the factors that influence the level of practice,improve the training level and competitive ability of Wushu Routine Athletes in Colleges and universities of Hunan province.By using the method of literature,investigation method,video analysis,mathematical statistics and interviews of Wushu Athletes in Colleges and universities of Hunan province difficulty,difficulty is analyzed,and the difficulty score,difficulty level,difficulty type,difficulty paragraph distribution was correlation analysis and exercise level score.The results show that: the difficulty score of Wushu Routine Athletes in Hunan colleges and universities is not high,and there are no 2 points.High level of difficulty selection rate is low.Difficulty type layout single,male and female athletes are lack of dynamic connection and nested connection arrangement.The difficulty of paragraph distribution is not balanced,three or four did not appear high level of difficulty;Hunan Province University Wushu athletes difficulty low score of female project difficulty score of not more than 1 points,only men Taijiquan and Taiji Sword two item difficulty scoring more than 1 points,shows the training level and athletic ability is low.The men’s fencing and Taiji sword,were significantly related to women’s Changquan,Nanquan,sabreplay,South sword,Taiji Sword difficulty score and exercise level score was very significantly related to other projects;man Nanquan,Taiji sword,women Changquan,sabreplay,cudgel,sword and jumping class difficulty level of exercise score was significantly correlated.The level of difficulty,difficulty of other types of projects in the jumping and difficulty of distribution and exercise level paragraph significantly related.The reason of colleges and universities in Hunan province Wushu athletes difficulty affect the exercise level score,is the main difficulty movement before and after a pause time caused by unreasonable routine rhythm is not clear,resulting in uneven distribution of difficulty paragraph layout layout unreasonable,difficulty level is not high exposure athletic level is low,a single type of the difficulty caused by the style is not prominent.
