The Comparative Study On Wushu Routine Talents Of The Prefecture-level Cities Of Jiangsu Province

Wushu talent is the key to the sustainable development of Wushu,so it is very important to strengthen the training of Wushu routine reserve talents.The methods of literature,questionnaire,comparative study and logical analysis are used in this paper to randomly extract Wuxi,which is in southern Jiangsu,Yangzhou,which is the middle of Jiangsu,and Xuzhou,which is in northern Jiangsu,as the investigation objects.It makes a comprehensive investigation and comparative analysis on the cultivation of Wushu routine reserve talents among three cities.Results:Firstly,there are significant differences between the number of teenager Wushu routine athletes in different areas in Jiangsu Province,and there are significant differences of knowledge level among the schools.Secondly,the majority of the martial arts coaches in three cities range from 36 to 40 years old.The degree level of Wushu coaches is mainly based on undergraduates.And there are also some postgraduates and doctoral students.The proportion of Deputy high titles in Wushu coaches is relatively small,and the proportion of training years in 1 to 10 years is larger;The individual's career plan is very clear;95%of them can handle the training.Thirdly,the wushu training pattern in the school of Xuzhou,Yangzhou and Wuxi presents a diversified development trend.The education mode is the main one.Fourthly,the school administrators have high perception to the Wushu routine reserve talent training.The martial arts training investment is improved in many ways yearly.The investment in Wuxi is higher than Xuzhou and Yangzhou.The evaluation of school wushu training equipment has significant differences,and Wuxi is excellent.The present rate of the coaches incentive policy is higher in the school of Wuxi.Fifthly,the overall situation of Wushu reserve talents participating in social services in Xuzhou,Yangzhou and Wuxi is better.Sixthly,there are significant differences in the parents' attitude towards Wushu extracurricular training in the school of Xuzhou,Yangzhou and Wuxi.There are also significant differences in the degree of recognition to wushu extracurricular training in the society.According to the research results,some suggestions are put forward to improve the overall quality of the athletes,to optimize the professional structure,to diversify and to improve the training environment,to focus on organizing social services,to enhance the support of parents and to enhance the social strength of humanism as well.
