In the martial arts routine,the difficulty action of jumping is a kind of technical action that requires a high degree of control.In the process of complex and fast jumping,the practitioner needs to complete the air movement with high quality and keep the landing movement fast and stable,master the balance time and the connecting time,make it meet the specification requirements of the specified action balance,any detail change may lead to the completion of the difficult action will be affected.This makes it necessary not only to let students master the correct action techniques,but also to help students achieve accurate control of difficult movements through practice.This research adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other scientific research methods to study the theory of variability exercise,and expounds systematically the theory of action procedure.On the basis of the guiding principle of schema theory on action learning,a teaching model of variability is designed,and variability exercises are applied in the process of technical teaching of martial arts courses in Yunnan University.To verify the feasibility and timeliness of variability exercises in the teaching of difficult action techniques of martial arts jumping,to improve the teaching quality of martial arts courses,to improve the interest and enthusiasm of students in practice,to enrich teaching methods,and to provide reference value and example.Martial Arts in the fall semester on 2017(2)the two female classes were randomly divided into experimental class and control class.They were divided into three groups:variation exercise method and traditional exercise method.They were taught in 323A+ 1action,324 A + 7 action,312 A + 6 action and 333 A + 6 action respectively.After the experiment,the two classes carried out the technical tests,and the results of the teaching experiments were as follows: the practice variability can be applied to the difficult technical teaching process of martial arts course,and can obtain good technical teaching effect.Practice variability is not only conducive to the acquisition of martial arts difficulty skills,but also conducive to the improvement of the qualityof students' difficult movements,and shows a good enough stability.
