To implement xi general secretary about the spirit of sports power construction,assigned to sustainable competitive sports development in China,the Ministry of Education,state general administration of sports in September 2020 jointly issued on deepening the education fusion to promote the healthy development of teenagers opinions,points out: "sports,education departments to promote national team,provincial team construction reform and high level team construction,in high level team competition,training,security to support,and into the competitive sports reserve talent training sequence".From this perspective,Hunan Sports Bureau attaches great importance to the implementation of the policy of sports and education and the construction of athletes reserve talent training echelon.Education fusion horizon,competitive martial arts in Hunan province reserve talent training has made gratifying achievements,but the traditional youth talent student shortage,campus martial arts athletes competitive level is not high,competitive martial arts routines reserve talent training conflicts,martial arts teachers and coaches business level is uneven problems seriously restrict the development of youth competitive martial arts level in Hunan province.In view of this,the research takes the reserve talents of competitive Wushu routines in Hunan Province as the research object,and mainly uses text analysis method,multiple discourse analysis,Nvivo qualitative auxiliary analysis and other research methods to study the relevance of the path of reserve talents of competitive Wushu routines in Hunan Province under the background of sports and education integration.Research results: in Hunan competitive martial arts routines reserve talent training mode,Hunan province martial arts team,local teams,ordinary,primary and secondary schools,martial arts,club reserve talent training situation and basic situation,found that:(1)in Hunan province from the sports schools,provincial professional team to the national team traditional youth training "three training network" has kept up with the demand,education department of campus sports talent training system,the overall training mode is relatively single,teachers and facilities,unbalanced development between the projects.(2)The training echelon of reserve talents in Hunan Province is not perfect,and the number of second-line players is obviously insufficient.Moreover,the first-line players in our province are mainly composed of 80% of the second-line players introduced from other provinces,and the competitive level of the athletes is still at a low level.(3)Hunan province athletes "contradiction" problem has not been effectively solved,senior leadership level mainly focus on athletes sports training performance,the understanding of "contradiction" the significance of the work is not enough,lead to the sports department separate education quality is not high,funding is relatively insufficient,teaching content and methods to be updated,cultural education and training competition mechanism has not been formed.(4)Body teaching fusion policy to encourage social sports organizations to provide technical guidance for school sports activities,has not been effectively integrated into the campus sports and competitive sports reserve talent training work,mainly reflected in the teachers and parents in a short period of time cannot accept social forces for the school sports teaching,training and competition guidance,etc.(5)The school sports competition system is not perfect,and the sports department and the education department have established their own youth sports competition system.In the process of sports and education integration,it is affected by multiple factors such as target positioning,authority scope and interest appeal,which seriously restricts the effective implementation and development of school sports competition.(6)Sports teachers and coaches need to be strengthened,the current high degree,high titles of coaches,coaches without title or low title proportion is higher,and on the coach training system construction,still stay in the teacher of apprentice stage,the project characteristics,new teaching methods and methods lack of comprehensive understanding and master.Research suggestions:(1)To further reform,improve and develop the advantages of the national system,do a good job in the top-level design of the institutional reform of competitive martial arts,release the development vitality of competitive martial arts,enhance the endogenous development impetus,and gradually form a competitive martial arts development system with diversified participation of the government,society and market.(2)Strengthen school physical education work,strictly implement the requirements of school physical education courses,build an extracurricular sports activity system that everyone participates in,improve students’ physical health information files,and promote the reform of school physical education examination.(3)Improve the system of youth sports events,unify the competition qualification,performance standard and sports level certification system according to the actual situation,and form an integrated operation mechanism of sports events.(4)Realize the deep integration of sports and education system,establish relevant coordination mechanism in martial arts competitions,teachers,culture and education,realize the mutual integration of powers,and then promote the long-term development of integration and symbiosis between sports and education departments.(5)Realize the effective linkage between the government,schools and social sports organizations.Support social sports organizations to provide teaching guidance for schools,encourage the development of social sports clubs,and give policy support such as venues and taxation.(6)Strengthen the construction of martial arts talents in Hunan Province,improve the selection,training,use,incentive and guarantee system of competitive martial arts talents,as well as the system and mechanism of discovering talents,cultivating talents,gathering talents,making good use of talents and promoting outstanding talents to stand out.
