Vocational education is an important part of national education career.It is vital measure of the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development to vigorously develop vocational education and to accelerate the development of human resources.At present,higher vocational education is becoming a hot spot of social attention,facing with good opportunities for development.But in the higher vocational education personnel training work of global view,development is not balanced.There are not a clear characteristics,basic facilities,weak teaching,school system need reform and other issues.Foreign research on service marketing project in colleges and universities has achieved good results,but the object of study is for high level of colleges and universities.Domestic service marketing research project in colleges and universities started late,especially the application of the concept of service marketing in higher vocational colleges.In view of this,this study combined with the project management point of view of higher vocational colleges running by the local service marketing programs,in order to push the development of the private higher vocational colleges and vocational education reform played a guiding role.This paper uses three the research methods: from macroscopic to microcosmic,from phenomenon to essence,theory with practice and summarization.This paper also defined the concept of service marketing programs run by the local higher vocational colleges as well as the content.This paper combined with the current development of private higher vocational colleges and the marketing environment,from organization management,human resource management,quality management from three aspects,analyzes the problems existing in the higher vocational colleges run by the local project management service marketing.Through the research,in combination with the practical situation of private colleges,this paper creatively puts forward the higher vocational colleges run by the local service marketing five countermeasures,including strengthening project management theory in higher vocational colleges;To promote and pilot the policies and institutions of public finance to fund private vocational colleges and universities;To promote the construction of quality management in the service and marketing projects of civil service colleges and universities;Implementing the "product" organization,quality and human resources management of the whole process;The service marketing project of civil service vocational colleges should control and innovate the project process.This study has constructive guiding significance for the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational colleges in China.
