With the development of the new curriculum reform,the dialogue teaching has gradually entered into the field of education,and has been paid more and more attention.Many teachers also carried out the experiment,however,the dialogue teaching theory emerged in the practice of the process of misunderstanding,an urgent need to clarify,this paper discussed on the basis of dialogue teaching practice,promote the dialogue teaching theory into practice smoothly.In this paper,through literature review,attending lectures,teachers and students collect data and information interviews,investigates the current situation of the implementation of dialogue teaching,inefficient phenomenon in the process of implementation of the reasons,at the same time,the control effectiveness of the implementation of dialogue teaching,put forward the corresponding strategy guide.Through the research,it is found that there are many misunderstandings in the classroom dialogue teaching: the disconnection between the theory and practice of classroom dialogue teaching,the phenomenon of "false dialogue" in classroom dialogue teaching,and the lack of the main position in the classroom dialogue.On this basis,the reasons are summarized: the lack of understanding of the theory of dialogue teaching,the lack of teachers' own quality,the unequal status of dialogue teaching,and the improvement of the teaching evaluation system.At the same time,according to the characteristics of classroom dialogue teaching,the author has deepened the understanding of effective classroom dialogue teaching from the aspects of teaching content,teaching process,teacher-student relationship and teaching evaluation.Finally,for the smooth realization of the dialogue teaching theory to the smooth transition of practice,this paper analyzes the effective classroom dialogue teaching strategies to guide: strengthen the theoretical knowledge,improve the quality of teachers,establish dialogue relationship between teachers and students,the construction of a scientific teaching evaluation system.The expectation provides some useful suggestions for the implementation of classroom dialogue teaching.
