In recent years, along with the reforming of our economic's mechanism and the development of multicultural,as well as the advancement of the new curriculum,the development in differences have already became an important educational philosophy. A lot of Educators have not only attached importance to it,but also puted actively it into practice. The form of the classroom dialogue provides a new path for the students'development in differences.But there is an unsuited form of the classroom dialogue at present in the educational practice,and it generates negative effect, because of the misunderstanding for the form of dialogue and the old habits in education,as the teacher whose language is too theoretical symbolic ,metaphysical,and too contracted is the unique interpreter, controller and evaluators in class, and he is the only one that predominates the resource of dialogue in class,and he not only lack of confidence in students, does not listen to what the students really want., but also pay little attention to the students'individual differences, and does not offer sustainable educational environment. As a result of this, we must conduct efficacious classroom dialogue to advance the students'development in differences.Depending on the definition of the development in differences and the internal mechanism of students'development in differences, this thesis analyzes invalid dialogue that there is in ducational practice at present,the influence which brings to students'development in differences,and the reason that occurses, illustrate the supporting role of effective dialogue to students'development in differences with searching documents and material and studying case,and then, propose how construct the effective dialogue to improve students'development in differences.This thesis is maked up by introduction and four parts of main bodies.It introduces the reason that choose this subject , related research at home and abroad, objective and significance ,and the method of research in this introduction. Part I:What is the development in differences, its significance at present,and its Internal mechanism?Part II: Explanation the definition of Dialogue,and its basic form, the distinction between effective classroom dialogue and inappropriate classroom dialogue, to clarify the nature of effective dialogue, that effective classroom dialogue not only to achieve the wealth of individual knowledge structure, and development of individual differences,but also overstep its wealth ,development, affect the individual world outlook, values orientation.Its nature is the organic unity and internal integration of the Cognitive Restructuring between the development in differences; and the supporting of students'development in differences that come from the effective classroom dialogue.And the supporting role is to help to change the traditional view that come from teachers and students, to highlight the students'subjectivity;to enhance students'self-confidence , to demonstrate individual differences; and it is also useful to share the differences and promote reconstruction of individual wisdom.Part III: mainly including misleading the direction of students'development to the goal of uniform; Strangleing Innovation in class to hinder the individual fusion of horizons; steadying the individual development to not deviate educational track; narrowing the goal of development in differences to reach one-sided pursuit of knowledge. And it also analyze the causes of undue dialogues that are adhering to the traditional teacher-student relationship, misunderstanding the nature of the classroom dialogue; ignoring individual differences in experience, adhering to the habits that have formed; lacking of recognizing the development in differences, limiting the knowledge-based education; lacking of the Consciousness of sharing, rigidly stick to preinstall and scenarios of teaching.Part IV: mainly including:respecting differences;abandoning the dignity of the teaching profession; getting to the agreement; publicizing differences;payig a attention to inspiring; cultivating sense of dialogue; sharing differences; suspense thinking envisage being expert in listening; developping differences: plenty making use of active topics to stimulate communication.
