From The Recent Six National Sports Fairs, We Can See The Analysis Of The Pattern And Changes Of China's Rowing Competition

Rowing as one of the biggest event of aquatic medals,the strong competitive strengths of all delegations show its prominent role in the national games.In recent years,rowing has been made great progress and aroused wide concerns from all circles as the focus of medals contention in the national games.The thesis deals with the competitive patterns and changing characteristics of China's rowing events in the recent six sessions of national games,with the methods of literature review,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis,case study and interviews,so as to strategically and tactically provide a reference for the breakthrough of Tianjin rowing event in the thirteenth national game.The final results indicate that:First,in terms of the metal tally and the gold medal,the competitive pattern of China's rowing event is divided into four groups,which shows the imbalance of rowing events among all provinces and cities and Guangdong as the traditional strong team ranking the first in the four groups.Besides,some provinces show outstanding comprehensive strengths,however,their absolute strengths are not well embodied.Secondly,the geographical distribution of competitive pattern in China's rowing event shows that it has developed better fairly well in East China,South China,and Central China,and relatively weak in the southwest and northwest areas.Thirdly,the host advantage has little effect on the competitive performance of rowing,and the acquisition of one rowing gold metal on the premise of potential advanced events in the previous two national games.Fourthly,the advantages of small events in rowing,if determined,will remain well,in spite of some up and down in the process.Finally,with respect to the competition performance,the grades of the rowing events are on the rise with the exception of Men's coxless four and Men's lightweight-class double sculls.
