Resident Community Participation Research From The Perspective Of Social Work

At present,the central government attaches great importance to community construction,the effectiveness of community construction is inseparable from the participation of community members.Community participation is the key to community building,is the premise of the innovation of community governance and the inherent requirement of the social work in the community.However,in the current community construction in our country,the problems of residents participation is the number of people involved is very small and the main range is too narrow,and the participation initiative is very low.During the internship in L area "Yi Cang Yi Ji" project,through observation and interviews,the social worker found lack of trust and cooperation between residents in L District,residents participation in community public affairs is low,neighborhood relationship is indifference,and there is a lack of communication between people."Yi Cang Yi Ji" takes a variety of promoting community participation action strategies,including understanding the needs of residents and community resources,helping residents improve their understanding of the community,cultivating the self organization of community residents,creating a cultural atmosphere for community residents,opening up channels of participation,building a diversified platform.With the operation of the project,this situation has been changed,the project promoted the community integration and enhanced the sense of community identity,and promoted the community participation of residents.The concept of values,ethics and goals of social work,such as mutual benefit,cooperation,equal respect and empowerment,can greatly promote the community participation of residents.The conclusion of the whole project,social workers can be drawn from the promotion of "Yi Cang Yi Ji" collection of community participation required action conditions,such as a trained professional social workers team,a professional service organization responsible for project operation,a professional social work supervisor,and project stakeholders can cooperate and support each other.To this end,promoting this project in other places,we need to start from several aspects about setting up a professional social work talent team,establishing professional service organization,employing social work supervision,promoting the cooperation of stakeholders,and we need to be prepared.
