Chinese Social Work Professionals The Transformation Of The Culture Type

This paper attempts to study the transformation of the types of social work talents.It has been nearly 30 years since the restoration and reconstruction of higher education of social work in our country.In the past 30 years,our country has chosen to train generalist social work talents from the social and cultural background and subject development.With the development of social economy and the growth of social work specialty,there are new demands on the types of social work talents in our country.Therefore,this paper explores the transformation of the types of social work professionals.By using literature and interview methods,16 universities and 9 interview subjects were selected according to certain sampling criteria,and the training plan and interview data of the selected university were analyzed and sorted out.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first and second chapters describe the purpose and significance of the research,the research methods,and the research on the types of social work talent training at home and abroad.The third chapter describes the current situation of social work talents training from three dimensions,namely,training objectives,curriculum system and teaching methods.The description of the present situation shows that the types of social work talents training in China are mainly of low level generalist talents.Some problems,but the initial trend of transition has emerged.The fourth chapter analyzes the factors that affect the curriculum system of social work training,including school factors,faculties,curriculum staff,teachers and backbone curriculum leading five levels.The fifth chapter discusses the necessity and possibility of the transformation of social work talents training type,and then explores the transformation direction of social work talent training type in China.The sixth chapter puts forward some suggestions on how to transform the training type of social work talents in our country.
