Research Purposes:The teaching method is the soul of the instructors in the teaching process,and the choice of teaching method plays an important role in the teaching effect to a great extent.There are a lot of in-service physical education teachers' research objects are the teaching methods of physical education,and they devise the most effective teaching methods according to students' characteristics,the teaching purpose and teaching content,so as to improve the teaching effect.Experiential teaching is to let students themselves into teaching,to cognize,comprehend and grow.In recent years,experiential teaching has been concerned by domestic scholars,and in many sports teaching methods attention to students'psychological state is particularly prominent.Experiential teaching is an accurate grasp of teaching objectives before teachers' classes according to teaching needs and established teaching content,create corresponding teaching situation,promote students' psychological experience,and help them grasp teaching content accurately to promote the growth of students' physical and mental health.Martial arts,as the essence of Chinese traditional culture,is one of the compulsory sports in Chinese colleges and universities,it plays an important role in the students' interests in mastering the related skills and theoretical knowledge of Martial arts.According to the theory combined with practice,this paper analyzes the influence of experiential teaching on the effect of the Primary Three Way Long Fist teaching,and provides guidance for the teaching of physical Martial arts.Research Methods:in this study,through expert interview,experiment teaching method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical analysis,logic analysis and other research methods,to shaanxi normal university undergraduate course of non-professional sports class(ordinary college students)primary three road long reach of experiential teaching and routine teaching as the research object,in shaanxi normal university grade 2015 normal college students to participate in the teaching experiment of two classes as experimental group and the control group,respectively,for a semester teaching experiment research.The students who participated in the experiment were analyzed,the questionnaires were filled out and the comments and Suggestions were revised.Research Results:Through the teaching experiment,according to the results of the control group and experimental group on the basis of the martial arts theory has the significant difference in achievement test,this is in daily study,the experimental group USES the method of teaching to a certain level by set up the correct learning attitude of students,promote their psychological experience,to build a harmonious interpersonal relationship and cultivate their independent learning ability,to enhance students'effective memory of wushu theory knowledge,improve the teaching effect;Control group and experimental group in junior three road long fist technology assessment result no significant difference,the control group and experimental group of skill evaluation scores in three weeks after the longitudinal comparison,respectively that in comparative classes retreat has significant difference before and after the technical evaluation scores,and no difference between the experimental skills assessment scores of fading.Research Conclusions:Through the research and analyses of teaching experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The reasonable application of experiential teaching in Primary Three Way Long Fist teaching,effectively stimulate students' interest in learning,and cultivate the students' independent learning ability.2.Experiential teaching in the teaching process is to highlight the subject status of students,so that students can experience the psychological experience again,so as to form a positive psychological quality.3.The reasonable application of experiential teaching in the teaching,promotes the interpersonal communication between teachers and students,which has a good effect on the development of a harmonious class.4.Experiential teaching can complete the basic teaching content,can effectively improve the students' Martial arts theory achievements,and inhabit the regression of technical achievements.
