With the change of art education in the context of the visual culture era,the use of art knowledge to solve problems has become an essential key capability in dealing with daily life,learning,and work in the information society.The project teaching method is a teaching method that is very popular in the international education field today.It emphasizes the initiative,sociality,and situationality of learning,and uses the project as a carrier to carry out the teaching activities of teachers and students.In this study,the topic "My community's VI design" was incorporated into project teaching,creating problem situations that not only developed students' interests,but also cultivated students' good design skills and design thinking,and solved problems in real situations.ability.The author conducts research on the project teaching VI design course in this project through literature research,questionnaires,action research,and teaching observation methods.First of all,through questionnaires and interviews to understand students' mastery of the field of design,found that the current problems in the project teaching,according to which to carry out the "My community" as the theme of project teaching.Second,in the teaching practice,the author integrates the theoretical knowledge of project teaching into the curriculum practice,and conducts teaching according to the design steps of investigation,design,production,and evaluation;the student selects the project,the project research,the copywriting plan,the inquiry activity,the program design for creation,display,communication,and evaluation of results has a complete design experience for VI design.Finally,show and evaluate the design work and summarize the teaching of this project.The first chapter of this article mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance of the project teaching,as well as the relevant research summary,research content,research methods and innovation points.The second chapter mainly discusses the concept of project teaching,VI design and related theories.The third chapter introduces the status quo and problems of project teaching in the junior high school art class,analyzes and summarizes questionnaires about design classes and interviews about project teaching.The fourth chapter is the design,implementation and evaluation of teaching cases.The fifth chapter is the summary and prospect of the introduction of project teaching research in the junior high school art class.
