With the rapid development of economic globalization and global pattern evolution,as well as the blend and collision among the thinking and cultures across the world,we have welcomed the era of knowledge economy,and the new mainstream is no longer pure competition but“Co-petition"——cooperation and competition,especially the emphasis on cooperation as the theme of the times.Currently,with the emphasis on team spirit and innovation spirit,the education area arrives at a turning point for reform again.The new round of curriculum reform proposes the development of quality-oriented education,requires getting out of the traditional instruction mire with high consumption but low efficiency,focuses on the cultivation of students' exchange and cooperation ability,and cultivates modern talents good at communication and cooperation and capable of humanistic care.On such bases,group cooperative learning emerges at the right moment,and has been applied into class teaching extensively in the country.Since 2016,Chinese elementary and secondary schools have uniformly changed the previous“Ideology and Morality" course(originally named“Morality and Life”in primary school textbooks)into“Morality and The Rule of Law”.As an indispensable basic accomplishment of modern people,the understanding of the rule of law is listed into the textbook of elementary and secondary education,demonstrating requirements of the times.Morality and The Rule of Law,as a course on moral education,fully represents the theme of people education through relevant knowledge teaching.The collision of the thinking sparks demonstrates greatest charm of this discipline.Therefore,the combination of group cooperative learning with characteristics of the Morality and The Rule of Law course,plays a highly significant role in not only the enrichment and development of this discipline,but also the exploration of group cooperative teaching model with Chinese characteristics especially the effective application of such model in middle school Morality and The Rule of Law class.The first chapter is the introduction.It starts with the introduction of historical background of the birth and development of collaborative learning of group to explain the theoretical and practical meanings of this study.Based on that,it summarizes various theoretical and practical results of foreign scholars in early days to get to know the research status of relevant fields.Last,it notes the research ideas and methodologies and the innovation of this paper.The second chapter starts with the connotation of collaborative learning of group.It further introduces the characteristics and elements of it,elaborates on the strong theoretical basis of the learning form as a theoretical support to the following parts of the group establishment.In the third chapter,based on the analysis and introduction previously,re-builds the strategic system the collaborative learning of group at the class.Through preparation before class,three links of teaching and the establishment of science-based evaluation system to realize effective implementation of collaborative learning of group,to build equality-based relationships between teacher and student,to realize active interaction among students and cooperation and teamwork at the class of "ethics and rule-of-law"with a view to promoting students' development in an all-around way.In the fourth chapter analyzes the problems of collaborative learning of group at class,including the rigid way of collaborative learning as a result of the lack of combination with reality and flexibility in application,less life-based and student-oriented design by teachers in the exploration of collaboration,disproportionation of students' participation during discussion in collaboration,less scientific positioning of teachers by themselves,etc.Combining with existing problems,it further analyzes the conditions for realization of collaborative learning of group from the angles of teaching environment,teacher and student.Through trial and error to promote further development of teaching practices and activities.
