With the current strong calling for quality-oriented education,Chinese curriculum and teaching reforms are also being constantly accelerated.The most representative p rogress is the widespread application of constructivist theory in China,which is a bran ch developed on the basis of cognitivism.Since the cognitivism has been proposed,th e constructivist theory becomes a reference basis and impetus for Chinese teaching ref orm.Constructivism emphasizes the active construction of learning,social interaction and situations.It also emphasizes the need that teachers should innovate and set up a s pecific learning situation,advocates the communications and interactions between tea chers and students,emphasizes the subject of knowledge constructivism and promotes exploration-oriented teaching.It allows students to experience an exploration-oriente d learning process,which is favorable for cultivating students' abilities of innovations and life-learning.As is mentioned above,constructivism theory has high research val ues.For this reason,the thesis discusses the research on chemical teaching designing under the guidance of constructivist theory.After finding out the corresponding point between constructivist theory and chemical teaching designing in middle schools,the thesis combines theories and practices for research.The thesis is divided into four cha pters.Chapter I and Chapter II conduct a literature research and analyze the advantage s and disadvantages of traditional teaching.They then analyze the contents and frame work of chemical teaching designing under the constructivism theory and expound the research objective,significance,background and contents of the thesis.Chapter III co nducts an interview of students and teachers,Issuing questionnaires to know the stat us quo of implementing constructivist teaching in schools,students' preferences of ch emical teaching designing under the constructivist learning,the learning status of class that applies constructivist teaching theory in practices,the problems and deficiencies of teachers in implementing constructivist teaching practice,as well as the difficulties met in the practice of constructivist teaching.In the following part,it cites three teach ing cases targeting at the concepts of three teaching modes under the constructivist lea rning theory to represent the essences of each teaching mode.Chapter IV draws a con clusion and mainly introduces the achievements made in chemical teaching designing under the constructivist learning theory and some existing problems that should be not iced.
