With the rapid development of modern distance education,its application is also extended to various fields.Network research is mainly a combination of modern distance education and teachers' continuing education,it puts forward a new development model of the current teacher training in our country.Network study makes trained teachers to break when trained restricted by time and space,it through the modern multimedia technology to acquire a large number of learning resources in an independent environment for learning,and can achieve the multiple dialogue between teachers and teachers,teachers and experts,teachers and guidance.It makes the teachers' training activities into a normalized model.Whether the network research success,the important factor is to provide teachers with a full range of learning support services,including the ensure support service operation environment?support service system of each element in the cooperation?the improvement of the support services architecture structures and functions.Only from all angles to meet the needs of teachers,teachers to make a commitment to training,finally play the role of training.But the current research on teachers' network training system is not comprehensive,some problems in providing support services still can't get very good solve,so,for the improvement of the teachers' network support service system become the top priority in teacher training.The author through to the related literature at home and abroad to consult and analysis of domestic main network study platform,And from the kingdom of Shaanxi Normal University to undertake projects of network training as an example,analyzing the problems of network study support service system in our country exists generally in the teaching resources closed in the platform?resources update slow,platform module can not be fully used and teachers outside platform are lack of information technology literacy,contradiction in engineering,thus put forward the corresponding improvement strategy.This paper is divided into six parts.Chapter One:Analyzing the research background of teacher network research and the research and development status of current network research in domestic and overseas,and then puts forward the research significance and methods of this article.Finally,this article combs and defines the used theoretical basis and relevant concepts of researching the teacher network research.Chapter two:this paper introduces the approach of learning behavior of learners in the network and the influence of learner individual differences of network learning.Chapter three:the article is introduced in detail in three aspects:the content of the learning support service system,the constructs principle of the learning support service system,the channels and means of the learning support service system.Chapter four:This article analyzes the current status of teachers' implementation of network training,raising question of teachers' learning support services,analyzing the cause of these problems,and providing the basis for system improvement strategy.Chapter five:This article makes suggestions to the structure of teacher network research and learning support service system's from the macroscopic and microscopic.Chapter six:Analysis of the deficiency of this article and make prospect for future related research.
