In the context of "Internet +",teachers' professional development has become the requirements of the construction of teachers' team education development and reform in our country,it also runs through the whole process of professional development of teacher's core concept.Network training,as a new form of training,it has caught the attention from more and more education teaching experts,education administrative department and more teachers,and learning support services as one of the most important link in the network training process,the meaning to improve the teachers' network training quality cannot be underestimated.Therefore,we need to put forward practical and effective teacher training network learning support services strategy to promote the effective development of teacher training.Thesis in theory,is aiming to discusse the connotation and constituent elements of the learning support services and strategies;thesis in practice is aiming to survey the teachers' study support service status and demand who join in the Jiangxi province in2016 "national training plan".By using the results of investigation and analysis,to find out the problems by combining the demands,on this basis,to put forward the feasible training teacher network learning support services strategy.Paper is basing on the literature analysis and theory expounded,combined with writer's participation in distance training of primary and secondary teachers,using the learning support service working and the curricullum development experience in practice to write papers.The papers is mainly around the Northwest Normal University as a training agency to take the duty on 2016 "national training plan" in Jiangxi province.In the middle of the training,through the questionnaire survey and analysis of daily for help to invest the participation of teachers' network learning support service status and demand questionnaire survey,using SPSS15.0 software to carry out the data on questionnaire in order to statistic and analysis.From the management support services,information resource support services,the staff support service and technical support services this four dimensions to solve the problem of the status,meet the demand of teacher learning support services strategy.Late in the training,through the comparison and learning satisfaction questionnaire,to verify theeffect of learning support services strategy,and put forward the better strategy to service network training for teachers.Studies show that the proposed strategies in project have remained the expected results,the feasibility is also recognised by the training team.The perfect regulation system,optimization of support services team,the specific course package laid the foundation of scientific and effective organization and management during the whole teachers' networ training;The rich resources of network curriculum,perfect resource sharing service provides a distinctive training resource information security;The comprehensive staff service and high quality technical support make the successful completion of the training as the solid support.This study support service in network training for teachers strategy application has a reference value.But in the evaluation system and the diversity of information transmission channel and the perfect degree of the training platform have not reached the desired effect,need to be further optimized.
