| In today's world, under the background of economic globalization and lifelong education, improving teachers'professional quality and extending teachers'career lives have become the development trend in the future. The web-based on-line training model for teachers is a brand new way to meet the needs of learning-oriented society. It is still in the exploring and developing period. We don't have specific answers for questions such as its advantages and disadvantages, how to improve the training quality and ways for its operation if we want to put this training model into practice.Since April 2006, Shenyang city has been practicing the web based on-line training model. Until August 2007, about 4,000 people from 24 schools have participated the program and been trained 4 times. It has widely been approved and achieved good effects form the teachers.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the significance of on-line educational theories, teachers'professional development theories, constructive learning theories and cognitive learning theories towards on-line training programs. Secondly, the present situations of web-based on-line training for teachers at home and abroad are concluded. Thirdly, it explains the on-line training practice steps in the primary and middle school of Shenyang city in details. Fourthly, it deeply analyzes the important procedures, evaluate system, training effectiveness, and the points which need improving in the future. Fifthly, the advantages and disadvantages of the training model are discussed. Sixthly, it shows how to improve the qualities of web-based on-line training.As mentioned above, the author tries to solve the following 3 problems.First, reasonable operating procedure and points for attention in the practice of on-line teachers'training;Second, introduction of the advantages and disadvantages for primary and middle school teachers on-line training program based on website;Thirdly, how to improve the quality of on-line training for teachers;... |
