The current competition between countries all over the world,in fact,the competition between countries is the competition between science and technology,all countries want to occupy technology heights to consolidate a place in the world,the competition of science and technology is the talent competition.Under such a big situation,the scientific literacy training got the attention of many science educators and science communicators.Countries began to implement science and education reform,since 2001 start a new curriculum reform in our country,Scientific attitude as an important component of scientific literacy,therefore,the cultivation of the scientific attitude also has become a research hotspot.Since 2007,the policy of normal college students free educated come out,immediately caused the wide attention of the whole society.The scholars take up research from the policy itself,the learning motivation,employment and other aspects.In this study physical state-financed normal student college as the research object,with scientific attitude to measure,empirical research of state-financed normal student physical the present situation and the development of the scientific attitude,and aiming at the existing problem of state-financed normal student scientific attitude measurement,give the rationalization suggestion,in order to better implement state-financed normal student policy.This research through the CLASS(Colorado Learning Attitude about Science Survey)measurement the state-financed normal student scientific attitude,The main conclusions are as follows:1.There is no significant difference between state-financed normal student and non-normal at freshmen,there show significant difference at junior,The differences are mainly distributed in personal interest(t=4.21,p<0.01)?Real world connection(t=2.42,p<0.05)?Problem solving general(t=2.42,p<0.05)and Conceptual understanding(t=3.01,p<0.05).2.State-financed normal student scientific attitude measurement result with the grade increasing,there is a growing trend.The personal interest and Real world connection dimension test scores during freshman year to two years after graduation to stabilize growth;Problem Solving General and Problem Solving Confidence and Sense Making dimension during freshman sophomore slow growth,after junior test performance started to increase significantly;Problem Solving Sophistication,Concept understanding and application of dimension does not change significantly during the period of university,after graduation to get significant growth.3.there are no difference in gender at overall performance.The big three scientific attitude significant sex differences in performance,Since then,the difference decreases,two years after graduation work,difference disappeared.On the basis of the above research conclusion,in order to promote the ascension of state-financed normal student scientific literacy,the paper proposes some suggestions.At first,through a variety of ways and methods to propaganda policy,let more students who want to be a teachers accept the education industry;Second,pay attention to the cultivation of the students' learning interest and concept understanding in the teaching process;third,to do a good job of education practice,make the student improved in the process of practice;Finally,In view of the scientific attitude of gender differences,should pay more attention and guide to the girls in the teaching.In this paper,through scientific and strict research methods and action seriously,study of free normal scientific attitude,on the basis of existing research,this study enriches the research on free normal,has an important reference for the free normal education.
