"Comprehensive and practice" is a new learning content of the Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2011 Edition).It is a kind of learning activity that students use the comprehensive knowledge to solve the problems in life.It helps accumulate students’ experience in mathematics activities and cultivate their innovative spirits and practical abilities."Comprehensive and practice" reflects the developing trend of the mathematics teaching reform,and conforms to the requirements of comprehensive and innovative talents in the twenty-first Century.However,previous researches on the evaluation of "comprehensive and practice" are insufficient.Some differences still exist between the essence and standard of the evaluation.What’s more,the teaching evaluation index system is also not perfect,which caused some problems exist in this field and hinder the effective implementation of the "comprehensive and practice".Therefore,constructing a reasonable and effective teaching evaluation index system is imperativeThe purposes of this study are to construct scientific and rational teaching evaluation index system and mathematical model,enhance the enthusiasm of students to participate in activities,promote the development of teachers and students,promote the effective implementation of "comprehensive and practice" in mathematics.First of all,literature review on the evaluation of the "comprehensive and practice" in junior middle school mathematics at home and abroad are analyzed,in order to seek the necessity and feasibility of this study.Then the questionnaire and interview are conducted to investigate the present situation of teaching evaluation.Based on the investigation of thecurrent situation and the combination of the theoretical basis,the author has designed a teaching evaluation index system and constructed mathematical model of teaching evaluation.And then the application of the evaluation index system and mathematical model is illustrated.Finally,an empirical treatment is conducted to testing the effectiveness of the evaluation index system and mathematics teaching model of"comprehensive and practice",so as to ensure the scientific and feasibility in the teaching practice.Based on the survey,this study makes a research on the teaching evaluation of the"comprehensive and practice" in junior high school,and the conclusions are as follows:(1).some problems are still existed in teaching evaluation of the "comprehensive and practice" in junior high school.For instance,the purpose of the evaluation is not accurate,the evaluation standard is not reasonable,the way of evaluation is not abundant enough and the feedback is not timely.All these problems have hindered the smooth implementation of mathematics "comprehensive and practice";(2).teaching evaluation index system is designed and produced;(3).A mathematical teaching evaluation model is constructed.
