| With the rapid increase of economy,people's material life and the spiritual world to enrich,happened to turn the world upside down changes to people's life,the modern civilization brings convenience to people but also bring influence on health.Our tests were carried out in 80s on the 7-22 age group of boys,the survey results show that the average height of Chinese male adolescents were lower than that of Japan;vital capacity in 1985-2005 decreased year by year,the rising inflection point in 2010,it attracted the attention of the society and relevant departments.Since the resumption of sports examination in Shenzhen,the students' physical health has been greatly improved.In response to the call of the state,Shenzhen since 2007 began to reform and improve the examination content and scoring standards of physical education,and effectively improve the students' physique level.Based on the physical fitness test scores before and after sports senior high school entrance examination training students as the research object,carries on the comparative analysis,the research methods of literature,interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,physical health data of sheckhard school 500 junior graduates were compared.Research conclusions:(1)has a positive role in promoting the physical health of senior high school entrance examination of sports training for the students;(2)has a positive role in promoting mental health of senior high school entrance examination of physical training for the students;(3)physical training of senior high school entrance examination has a certain role in promoting the health of students' Sports behavior;Study suggests that:(1)improving sports senior high school entrance examination of the project;(2)pay attention to the students' psychological health education work;(3)gradually guide the students' interest in physical education,deepen the function of sports,so that students of physical exercise everyday. |
